- Right ventricular outflow tract narrowed at or near pulmonic valve
- Most cases are mild and do not affect life expectancy
- Severe disease (>80 mmHg gradient): 30% risk of sudden death
- Treatment: balloon valvuloplasty for severe cases (>80 mmHg)

- Predisposed breeds: Labrador, terriers, Miniature Schnauzer, English Bulldog, Boxer
